Puppy Socialization Tracker

Designed for instances where volunteers are raising a litter of puppies in their home, this spreadsheet allows volunteers to track which socialization activities have been completed and provides a basic summary of the needs for each age group of puppy.

We recommend you use it alongside the “In Home Socialization Chart – for Staff” (linked below) which gives staff members prompts to support volunteers and check on how puppies are progressing during visits to the volunteer’s home.

These trackers only go up to 6 weeks of age as the pups in this instance are returned to the organization at 7 weeks for their behavioural assessments and preparation for placement with a puppy raiser at 8 weeks.
