What is your refund policy?

Memberships

• • Please be aware that members are responsible for managing their own subscriptions, either through Paypal or using the membership management functions in your IWDA Account Management area. We offer both recurring subscriptions and one-off payment memberships to give you flexibility in managing your membership.
  • As such, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or because of an unexpected subscription transaction.
  • Make sure to white-list emails from IWDA through your email provider, and you will receive emails advising in advance when subscription renewals are due.

Events, tickets, webinars

• • Refunds are considered on a case by case basis pending unavoidable global events. 
  • Generally, refunds are not granted due to personal change of circumstance, or when online resources are to be made available to those who purchased a ticket (for example; conference recordings or webinar recordings).
