My membership subscription transaction has failed. How can I fix it?

Transaction failures can occur for many reasons. Please check if:

1. The card on file has expired dates or other out of date information
   • For Paypal, log onto your Paypal account to check and update your payment details.
   • For Stripe, click IWDA Account Management area, then the “Subscriptions” tab and click on “update”
2. There are inadequate funds in your bank or Paypal account
3. Your bank has flagged the payment as a fraudulent transaction
4. You are logging into the incorrect account (either IWDA account or Paypal account)

If you need to change which Paypal account you are paying with (e.g. you are unable to access an old Paypal account), you need to purchase a new subscription using your new Paypal account. You can contact us to remove any old subscriptions related to your old Paypal account.
