How do I update my payment details?

• If you paid using Paypal, you are able to manage your subscription within your Paypal account. 
  • Updating your expired cards/payment details through your Paypal account will resolve IWDA membership payment issues. When a transaction fails, Paypal will attempt to complete the transaction multiple times over a two week period. If more than two weeks have passed, you may need to cancel your existing membership subscription (within Paypal’s subscription management area) and re-subscribe. 
    
• If you paid using Stripe, log into your IWDA account and navigate to your Account Management area. From there, select the “Subscriptions” tab to update your details. Your card should be charged either immediately or within a few business days.

An alternative option is our One-Time Payment memberships if you’d still like to retain your membership with IWDA without the ongoing subscription. Our email system will contact you in advance to advise when your membership is about to expire. You can cancel your current subscription and purchase a one-time payment membership once your subscription expires.
